Walk Via Francigena's marketplace connects hikers with independent guides, tour agencies, accommodation providers, and transfer services along the Via Francigena. These terms govern your use of the marketplace and supplement our main Terms.
Providers listed in the marketplace are independent third parties, not Walk Via Francigena or Pixelo Mobile Ltd. When you enquire, book, or pay a provider, your contract is with that provider. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the services they deliver.
Lead-board enquiries and messages stay on-platform so you can compare guides before sharing personal contact details. Keep communication respectful — our Community & Content Policy applies. We may remove content or providers that breach it.
Payment terms, cancellations, and refunds are set by each provider. Walk Via Francigena does not handle payments between you and a marketplace provider unless explicitly stated, and is not responsible for refunds or disputes arising from a provider's services. Raise these directly with the provider; we will help facilitate contact where we can.
Providers must be accurately described, hold any licences and insurance required by law, and respond to hikers in good faith. Subscriptions and featured placement are governed by the plan you select in your provider dashboard.
